• The federation of German fire safety factory firefighter e.V. (WFVD) is the union of specialists around all aspects of fire safety instituitionalized as interest group for all factory fire protection organizations. Goals of the WFVD are,

• Support science and innovation in fire protection for all industries. Drive actively and share broadly methodologies to protect industries against threats of all kinds.

• Do feasability tests of innovative methods to contain damages and do price-cost evaluations.

• Moderate and strengthen the exchange of information between all parties involved in fire protection and damage containment to optimize the flow of information and new aspects of protection against threats and damage control.
